Production Facility

ALE Airlight Energy SA is able to deliver the most critical components of the collector including all membranes: ETFE, Mirror, Silicon Fiberglass; the electromechanical components such as the electric motor gears and control boxes, supervision software and network.

In our Biasca production facility we have created a purposely-built  welding machine which joins aluminized Mylar rolls required  for the production of the 5.5 m width mirror sheets.
